Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your camp registration, you have several options:

  1. If you cancel, and notice of such cancellation is received IN WRITING by Brad Lambert Football Camps within two weeks prior to the start of camp, you will receive a refund of the camp registration fee that you paid less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
  2. If you cancel IN WRITING less than two weeks prior to camp no refund will be issued. However, and if you prefer, a camp registration credit can be issued that is valid for the same camp in the current calendar year or the following calendar year. Furthermore, this registration credit may be transferred to an immediate family member under the same terms and conditions as the original registration.
  3. If the camp is cancelled by Brad Lambert Football Camps, you will automatically receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. Camper (participant) waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the camp being cancelled.
  4. Inclement weather is NOT grounds for a refund. On occasion inclement weather may occur on the day of camp, during the camp, immediately after the camp or prior to the camp. Every effort will be made to hold the camp regardless of inclement weather. Should the camp become impossible to be held then a credit will be extended for future Elite Prospect Camp dates within the current calendar year. Once camp begins, there will be no refunds or extended credits. Camper safety is of upmost importance to us. Should inclement weather occur during camp which doesn’t allow the day’s activities to continue then it is the responsibility of the participant’s parents/guardians to pick them up immediately.
